Meet the Requirements
For both of you to receive the incentive, your friend will need to open a qualifying ACU of Texas checking account or loan and meet a few simple requirements.
You Both Get Paid
Once your friend meets the simple requirements, we'll deposit the incentive into both your account and theirs. It's that easy!
ACU of Texas membership is subject to eligibility and approval. No referrals to existing members. ACU of Texas employees and/or family members are not eligible to participate in referral program. Member must be 18 or older to receive bonus incentive. There is no limit to incentive dollars earned. Referring member's account must be open and in good standing at time of incentive payout in order to be eligible to receive incentive. Offers may not be combined with any other incentive offers.
1Qualified Checking Account Offer - Includes Personal and Business: To receive the $50.00 bonus, the Referred Person must 1) provide your unique referral code, 2) open a required savings account with the minimum balance of $1 and a qualifying ACU of Texas checking account, subject to approval; 3) sign up for and activate a Mastercard debit card; 4) use the debit card five times within 60 days of account opening and 5) set up and receive one (1) direct deposit within 60 days of account opening. Direct deposit needs to be an electronic deposit of at least $250.00 posted as a paycheck from their employer or the government. All requirements must be met within 60 days of account opening.
2Loan Offer Qualifications: To receive the $50.00 bonus, the Referred Person must provide your unique referral code and open a new ACU of Texas loan with a minimum loan balance of $5,000. Loan must be funded within 60 days of first account opening to qualify for incentive. Dealer financing is excluded from incentive offers. Subject to underwriting and credit qualifications.
Incentive cannot be used as the opening deposit. Incentive is considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT. Account closing: If your account is closed within six months after the opening date, we will deduct the incentive amount at closing. Offer subject to change at any time.
